El intendente Molina participó del 6º Congreso Argentino de Leasing que tuvo lugar en el Auditorio de Banco Nación –Rivadavia 325, CABA– bajo el lema “Herramientas Financieras para seguir creciendo”. Al respecto, Molina aseguró que «los leasing han sido una herramienta clave y de fácil acceso para el desarrollo de nuestra gestión”, al resumir el uso de ese mecanismo en su experiencia en el sector público.
El mandatario local disertó en la mesa “El Rol del Sector Público en el Leasing”, y afirmó que el acceso a los créditos le permitió al Municipio de Quilmes equiparse con nuevos vehículos “luego de encontrar en estado crítico la flota municipal al comienzo de la gestión en el 2015”, y agregó: “Acceder a esta herramienta nos permitió equiparnos con más de 80 vehículos de todo tipo de envergadura”.
Es importante destacar que el Leasing es un elemento de financiación de bienes de capital por el cual el “dador” conviene transferir al “tomador” la tenencia de un bien para su uso por el pago de un canon y se le confiere una opción de compra.
La apertura del evento estuvo a cargo del ministro de Finanzas de la Nación, Luis Caputo; el secretario de Servicios Financieros, Leandro Cuccioli; y la presidente y vicepresidente de la Asociación Leasing Argentina –organizadora del congreso-, Gabriela Tolchinsky y Hernán Bernat, respectivamente.
Desarrollo del Congreso
Las disertaciones abordaron diferentes temáticas como el “panorama del financiamiento argentino”, “el crecimiento del leasing en la Argentina” y “la hora de la inversión y el rol protagónico del financiamiento”, entre otras.
Entre los participantes hubo especialistas de la temática y el ámbito político, entre los que se destacaron el vicepresidente y director Ejecutivo del Banco de Valores, Norberto Mathys; el intendente de Tanti –Córdoba-, Luis H. Azar; el presidente de Nación y Provincia Leasing, Alejandro Bonina y Santiago Gallichio, respectivamente; el gerente de Finanzas ERSA, Martín brunel; el director de Abeceb, Dante Sica; y Estanislao Bachrach, profesor en Innovación, Liderazgo y Neurociencia en Investigación Comercial.

Entre los principales objetivos de A.L.A está generar conciencia sobre el aporte del Leasing como la más moderna herramienta financiera para la evolución del sector productivo, y entre sus integrantes están los bancos Ciudad, Credicop, Provincia Leasing, Galicia, Bancor, Hipotecario, San Juan, Santa Cruz, Itaú, Santander Río, Macro, Patagonia, Superville y Francés, entre otros.
