El intendente Grindetti, realizó el primer desayuno del año, del cual participaron doce agentes municipales de distintas áreas. Durante el encuentro, el jefe comunal detalló de qué se trata el concurso lanzado recientemente y cuyo objetivo es fomentar el sentido de pertenencia y el compañerismo.
Tal como sucede desde el inicio de la gestión, todas las semanas, el intendente Grindetti, desayuna con doce empleados de distintas áreas. En este primer encuentro, el jefe comunal detalló cómo será el proceso de selección del “Concurso Trabajador Distinguido 2019”, que busca de fomentar el reconocimiento mutuo entre los empleados y fortalecer el sentido de pertenencia.
Este concurso está vigente luego de la firma del decreto 0744, que determina la premiación de doce municipales de diferentes oficinas. Tal como indican las bases, los trabajadores realizarán la selección de un compañero por área. El ganador de ese proceso será finalista entre otros doce empleados, de los cuales uno ganará un viaje a Bariloche para dos personas.
Entre los principios fundamentales que se deberán tener en cuenta a la hora de la elección, figuran el desempeño laboral, los valores humanos (compañerismo) y las habilidades personales.
