El trabajo integral sobre decena de calles y avenidas está reconstruyendo el entramado de calles en Lanús. 2017 ya comienza con tres obras nuevas.
Una de las prioridades de la gestión, convergente con los deseos y las demandas que expresan los vecinos, gira en torno a la reconstrucción de las calles y avenidas a lo largo y ancho del municipio de Lanús. En esta línea, el municipio comenzó a ejecutar en 2016 las primeras obras de repavimentación que mejorarán notablemente la circulación en las principales vías. Este año concluirán las obras proyectadas y además comenzaran nuevas, que reforzarán el proceso de transformación ya iniciado.
Sobre Marco Avellaneda se está trabajando en la repavimentación de 70 cuadras, desde Caferatta hasta Roca. En toda su extensión se colocarán 150 luces LED, y se limpiarán los sumideros y las cámaras de inspección.
En Valentín Alsina, las obras sobre la Avda. Presidente Perón, desde Remedios de Escalada hasta Rivadavia, también se encuentran en ejecución. Nuevas obras se incorporaron en esta localidad: Remedios de Escalada de San Martín comenzó a ser levantada para ser hecha a íntegramente a nuevo en un tiempo estipulado en 180 días.
La calle Deheza, sobre Lanús Este, comenzó a ser reparada a lo largo de un tramo de 30 cuadras, desde Av. Gral Belgrano hasta Berón de Astrada, lo que supondrá la colocación de 6.100 m2 de hormigón simple y cuyas obras se extenderán por 180 días. En las últimas semanas empezaron las tareas de repavimentación sobre 29 de Septiembre, una anhelada obra que incluye la repavimentación completa en hormigón entre Malabia y Esquiu y la reconstrucción de pavimentos de hormigón entre Esquiu y Alfonsín.
En la Av. Osorio, al extremo oeste del Municipio, está llevando a cabo la remoción de la capa asfáltica, para luego reparar la traza con hormigón simple para el tránsito pesado. Las tareas en marcha tienen un plazo estimado en 270 días.
Divisora de las localidades de Villa Diamante y Valentín Alsina, la repavimentación de la arteria Viamonte se encuentra en plena ejecución. Lo mismo sucede hoy sobre Rosales, una vía crucial en Remedios de Escalada, que está siendo reconstruida desde Hipólito Yrigoyen hasta Hermanos Ross.
En Lanús Oeste, las avenidas San Martín y 25 de Mayo, dos de las principales arterias del municipio, ya fueron licitadas y están por comenzar las obras. Se trabajará en su puesta en valor, que insumirá una inversión de $ 123 millones.
Nuevas obras proyectadas
Lanús recibe 2017 con el objetivo de incorporar nuevas obras a las actuales. Se efectuará la repavimentación completa de Centenario Uruguayo, en la calle Ocampo (entre Florida y San Martín), y una segunda etapa sobre la Avda. 9 de Julio, entre Córdoba y Centenario Uruguayo.
Estas son apenas las primeras obras ya autorizadas por el municipio para este periodo, pero la Secretaría de Desarrollo Urbano, a cargo de Carlos Silva, estima anunciar un número mucho mayor para los próximos meses del año.
