En el marco de los festejos por el Día de la Independencia, el Municipio de Quilmes, a través de la Secretaría de Cultura y Educación, invita a la comunidad a participar de diversas actividades conmemorativas que se realizarán, en distintos puntos del distrito el Domingo 9 de Julio.
El 9 de Julio de 1816 se firmó la Declaración de la Independencia de la República Argentina, entonces Provincias Unidas del Río de la Plata, en el Congreso de Tucumán. A 201 años del suceso, la Secretaría de Cultura y Educación propone una serie de actividades gratuitas que se podrán disfrutar en familia.
Cultura y Tradición: Peña folklórica, juegos de campo y recreación de batallas de la independencia, en el Museo del Transporte – Laprida 2200 – desde las 11 hs
A las 13 hs se jugará un partido de pato con tambores y obstáculos
15.30 hs, “Carrera Cuero”, “Polka de las sillas” y “Arréglense como pueda”.
A las 20 hs el Ballet Folklórico Nacional, en el 27° Aniversario de su creación, realizará la Gala Patria en el Teatro Municipal – Mitre 721, Quilmes – Las entradas gratuitas se retiran por la boletería del teatro.
El Ballet Folklórico Nacional, organismo dependiente del Ministerio de Cultura de la Nación, debutó el 9 de Julio de 1990 en el Teatro Colón de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.
Actualmente el elenco está integrado por 40 bailarinas y bailarines provenientes de todo el país. Su labor está apoyada por un equipo técnico de destacados profesionales que planifican y contribuyen con la labor del cuerpo a partir de la gestión organizativa y el desarrollo de los rubros técnicos (iluminación, vestuario, sonido, escenografía) necesarios para llevar adelante las propuestas artísticas del organismo.
Desde su creación y hasta la fecha continúa realizando presentaciones a lo largo del país llevando el arte de la Danza Argentina a todos los escenarios posibles.
