Según los investigadores, las víctimas estaban fuera de una vivienda cuando un vehículo se les acercó, detuvo la marcha y uno de sus ocupantes abrió fuego contra los presentes en ese lugar. Las autoridades dijeron que la víctima más joven tiene 15 años y otra 17, que se encontraba en estado crítico.
