A partir de una acción conjunta entre el Municipio y las fuerzas de seguridad, se logró aprehender a trece sujetos. Además, se secuestraron distintas dosis de cocaína y vehículos con pedido de captura activo.
El Municipio de Quilmes y las fuerzas de seguridad que operan en el distrito desplegaron esta semana un megaoperativo de seguridad en Villa Itatí que tuvo como resultado la aprehensión de 13 personas y el secuestro de varias dosis de cocaína y vehículos con pedido de captura activo.
El procedimiento estuvo coordinado por la Jefatura Distrital Quilmes Este, a cargo del comisario Francisco Centurión, bajo la supervisión del jefe departamental comisario mayor Fabián Alarcón, y contó con la colaboración de Gendarmería; Prefectura; GAD Quilmes; GAD Motorizado; las seccionales Quilmes 1ra, Quilmes 2da, Quilmes 3ra, Quilmes 6ta y Quilmes 8va; la subcomisaría de Don Bosco; Policía Local; y áreas del Municipio como Seguridad, Tránsito y Patrulla Urbana.
Acerca del hecho, el subsecretario de Seguridad local, Denis Szafowal, detalló: “Durante el procedimiento, se llevaron a cabo tareas de intercepción vehicular, saturación estática de puntos de acceso y salidas de puntos estratégicos del barrio de emergencia y zonas aledañas. Además, la policía realizó un patrullaje por las calles y recorridas a pie por los pasillos”.
El funcionario calificó como “positivos” los resultados obtenidos tras el operativo y precisó: “Se procedió al secuestro de estupefacientes, por lo que se iniciaron actuaciones caratuladas como infracción a la ley 23.737, bajo intervención de la Unidad Funcional de Instrucción y Juicio N° 20 de Quilmes, por las que se detuvo a cuatro individuos. También, hubo 4 aprehendidos por encubrimiento por circular con motos y vehículos con pedido de secuestro activo, otros 4 masculinos por un ilícito y un aprehendido por tentativa de robo”.
Por último, Szafowal destacó la labor conjunta que viene desarrollando el Municipio junto a las fuerzas de seguridad del distrito y aseguró: “Estos operativos de saturación van a seguir implementándose en diferentes puntos de la ciudad. Queremos que los quilmeños se sientan cada vez más seguros y por eso es que estamos trabajando para prevenir futuros delitos y actuar de forma rápida y eficiente en los casos que así lo requieran”.
